Holiday Rentals

Cadland Estate is a rare and, until now, secret idyl, marrying the beautiful and wild New forest with the English Coast and The Solent. The properties are only 1.5 hours from London by car or train to Southampton,  a charming English coastal spot, and enchanting playground for families or those looking for unpretentious and natural surroundings, or just some peace and quiet. We have long been planning holiday rentals to open up our beloved landscape for others to enjoy as we do, and are delighted to introduce our first holiday cottage at Ashlett Creek, and luxury bespoke overnight beach huts on our beach at Calshot.

Luxury Beach Huts - Sleeps 5 - On the Beach

Brand new for 2017 are two neighbouring beautifully designed and thought out overnight beach huts. Sitting on the foreshore at Calshot Beach, both sleep 5 comfortably and have been hand built to perfection for us by talented local carpenters in the New Forest, and are available from July 2017. Throw open the cantilevered doors to your stunning immediate sea view, fully functioning kitchen, toilet and shower room, and cosy log burner for cooler days. On the mezzanine level are one double bed and three singles, with the master bed enjoying a direct sea view. The images shown are the digital designs/layout images ahead of actuals. Dogs are allowed.

Seaview Cottage - Sleeps 9 - On Ashlett Creek

Our picturesque cottage Seaview at Ashlett Creek sleeps up to 9, with two sitting rooms, two charming double rooms upstairs, with an en suite toddler /cot room and a downstairs bunk room sleeping 4. Seaview cottage is the perfect house for a family seaside holiday. It has its own garden surrounded by New Forest ponies at the back, with crabbing on the creek right on your doorstep, forest walks from the front gate or wander to the beach only just down the lane, with the pub across the lawn - it is the perfect spot for a family break.

Cadland Estate comprises of private and pristine New Forest land owned by The Drummond Family. Calshot Beach and Ashlett Creek are at the South East tip of the Estate, and both benefit from being on the doorstep of Calshot beach and its sporting facilities.
